Anxiety herbs are good for those who suffer anxiety sometimes or the other. Anxiety is a general term for several disorders that cause nervousness, fear, apprehension, and worrying. It can be generalized as anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and phobias among others. These disorders affect how we feel and behave.

Catnip: will ease headaches, very soothing can induce sleep.
Damiana: used to treat depression
